Who am I?
I am a rising junior majoring in Computer Engineering and minoring in Management. My interest stems from my love of building things from scratch and watching my dad program as a child. I mostly enjoy working with the hardware and software of computers. I enjoy programming and performing quantitative analysis.
My work in Engineering Education involves working with student data to find correlations between student responses to depict student progress. With this, I am able to learn and excel in coding in R and not only use my programming skills but learn how to further research and analyze data given before beginning to code. I am interested in working with the Qdex team (mobile platform for learning the modules), where I will learn to analyze the data produced by the student interactions and learn to create graphs and models to depict student progress.
Research Interests:
Analyzing data from students’ use of said tablets
Coding to find correlations between student responses and progress
Using prior coding skills to self-learn R to create models
Professional Experience:
EPICS: Creating Accessible Racing: Electrical Engineering Team
EPICS: Database and Innovative Software: Software Engineering Team
